How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling is $17.99 per package in the Continental United States.*
Shipping and handling to California, Texas, Arizona and Louisiana is $22.99 per package.*
Shipping and handling to Canada is $37.99 per package.
*Standard delivery takes approximately 10-14 days. Your order is picked to pack, which means there's no warehouse or cold storage. Fruit this fresh takes up to 14 days from tree to doorstep.
Where do you ship?
During the seasonal months of November through May, Alex's Flamingo Groves & Gift Shop delivers packages to:
The Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii (we cannot ship to Puerto Rico)
Canadian Provinces of Quebec, Ontario and Maritimes
How is my package sent?
Our products are shipped in climate-controlled trucks to a distribution center near you. The package is then delivered right to your door by FedEx. Years of experience have proven this is the best method for our products.

Standard Delivery
Next Available Orders received by Monday before 6:00 PM EST will be processed to ship the same week for arrival the following week.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available Monday through Wednesday only. Please call us at 954-921-7600 for rates. Rates are based on total weight and delivery zone, plus our standard handling charge.
Most orders placed by 10 a.m. EST can be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Please allow at least 4 business days prior to a holiday when requesting Express Shipping.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
Gift items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii have additional shipping cost due to 2 day express shipping requirement.
We are unable to ship fruit to Hawaii at this time.

Shipments to Canada
We ship to all provinces except for Nunavut.
Shipping and handling to Canada is $37.99. Delivery take approximately 2-3 days via FedEx 2-Day Air.
For Christmas Delivery, please place your order by December 17th.
No Shipping to PO Boxes.
We no longer ship to Europe.
