Welcome to our 2019-2020 Gift Fruit Shipping Season. All varieties have a more appealing outside appearance that we’ve seen over the last few years. The summer wind was kind. The navels are on track to begin harvesting next month. The sizes are somewhat smaller this season, but the taste and sweetness are very good. The Grapefruit looks great and the sizes are larger on average than last year. Again, the BRIX measurements are high on this variety for this time of year. The overall condition of the groves is healthier and the trees have more leaves and thicker canopies than we have seen in 4 or 5 years. We are looking forward to a great season.
